Public & Commercial Participation | v1.1 Page 2 of 4
1. PURPOSE
These Public & Commercial Participation Terms explain how TNC may accurately operate, promote, explain, and
demonstrate its network, relationships, recruiting activity, services, campaigns, events, capabilities, and public
presence while protecting confidential and restricted information.
These Terms are part of the Standard Protocol. They do not authorize unrestricted publicity, endorsement, or
disclosure.
2. PARTICIPATION CATEGORIES
TNC distinguishes the following categories:
2.1 Aggregate or De-Identified Use
TNC may use appropriately aggregated, statistical, or de-identified activity, trends, outcomes, and operational
information where a restricted participant is not identified and reidentification is not reasonably likely.
2.2 Relationship Identification
TNC may accurately state that a person or organization participates in, works with, supports, or is connected to
TNC only when the statement is permitted by the applicable relationship terms, confidentiality classification,
authorization, and law.
Relationship identification must not imply an endorsement, result, exclusivity, investment, sponsorship, or deeper
relationship that does not exist.
2.3 Campaign or Project Identification
Specific use of a job campaign, project, initiative, event, quote, image, logo, testimonial, placement story, case
study, or identifiable media requires the authorization and content controls applicable to that material.
2.4 Restricted or Confidential Treatment
Candidate Data, confidential searches, private compensation, negotiations, private communications, internal
strategy, protected Partner identity, security information, sensitive allegations, and other classified records remain
restricted unless a valid instrument expressly authorizes disclosure.
3. NO BLANKET ENDORSEMENT
Participation does not authorize TNC to state or imply that a participant endorses TNC. Endorsement-style logo
use, attributed testimonials, named case studies, and identifiable promotional media require specific authorization
where required by law or TNC policy.
4. CANDIDATES AND TALENT PARTICIPANTS
TNC will not publicly identify a candidate, résumé, compensation, opportunity, submission, interview, offer,
placement, separation, or guarantee claim merely because the person participates in the Talent Network or a
Client search. Identifiable candidate publicity requires the applicable consent and confidentiality controls.
5. CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE CUSTOMERS
TNC may accurately identify a nonrestricted relationship only within the scope permitted by the applicable Network
terms and authorization. Confidential searches, commercial terms, internal project details, nonpublic performance,
protected Partner identity, and private communications remain restricted.TWELVE NINETY CONNECTIONS | TNC ECOSYSTEM STANDARD PROTOCOL

6. JOB AND RECRUITING CAMPAIGNS
TNC may publish or promote an authorized public job campaign using accurate role and employer information
approved for publication. A confidential search, stealth campaign, or restricted employer identity must remain
protected.
A public job posting does not authorize recruiting, create a Protected Search, establish candidate consent, or
prove a placement.
7. PARTICIPANT-SUPPLIED CONTENT
A participant retains rights in participant-supplied content subject to third-party rights. The participant grants TNC a
limited right to use content for the authorized public or commercial purpose stated at submission or in the
applicable terms.
The participant represents that the participant has authority to provide the content and disclose any required
sponsorship, employment, or endorsement relationship.
8. TNC MARKS
TNC retains rights in its names, logos, marks, designs, and brand materials. A participant may not use TNC marks
to imply endorsement, agency, certification, sponsorship, or partnership without written authorization.
9. ACCURACY AND CORRECTIONS
Public statements should be accurate, supportable, current, and consistent with source records. TNC may correct
or remove inaccurate material. A participant may request correction of a materially inaccurate identification or
attribution.
10. WITHDRAWAL AND FUTURE USE
Where a specific publicity or media authorization may be withdrawn, withdrawal applies prospectively after a
reasonable processing period. Withdrawal does not require destruction of records, completed publications, legal
evidence, or materials that TNC may lawfully retain, but TNC will stop new use as required by the applicable
authorization and law.
11. EVENTS, RECORDING, AND MEDIA
Event photography, recording, transcription, streaming, and publicity require the applicable notice, consent, and
visibility controls. A private or confidential participation path is not converted into public participation merely
because an event occurs.
12. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
TNC may promote its services and relationships as permitted by the Communications Notice and applicable law.
Promotional communication preferences do not authorize public identification.
13. DISPUTES AND REMOVAL
A participant may report an alleged unauthorized disclosure, incorrect attribution, confidentiality breach, or rights
issue through the contact method below. TNC may restrict disputed content while reviewing source authority and
applicable rights.
14. CHANGES
Material changes must be versioned and presented for reacceptance when required. Prior authorizations and
receipts remain preserved.TWELVE NINETY CONNECTIONS | TNC ECOSYSTEM STANDARD PROTOCOL
