Accessibility Notice | v1.1 Page 2 of 3
1. COMMITMENT
TNC intends its public sites, authenticated portals, legal documents, communications, and acceptance flows to be
usable by people with disabilities and compatible with common assistive technologies.
TNC uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) 2.2 Level AA as a technical design and testing
objective where reasonably applicable. This objective does not reduce any accessibility right or accommodation
duty imposed by applicable law.
2. SCOPE
This Notice applies to TNC-controlled websites, portals, electronic documents, forms, communications, videos,
recordings, meetings, and support channels. A third-party provider may have separate accessibility features and
limitations.
3. ACCESSIBILITY PRACTICES
TNC seeks to provide:
 keyboard-operable controls and visible focus;
 readable text, sufficient contrast, and responsive layouts;
 meaningful headings, labels, names, and instructions;
 text alternatives for meaningful images;
 captions or transcripts for material prerecorded media where appropriate;
 zoom and reflow support;
 error identification and recovery guidance;
 reduced-motion support where applicable;
 accessible document structure and reading order; and
 alternatives when a function cannot be made accessible promptly.
4. ALTERNATIVE FORMATS AND ASSISTANCE
A participant may request a reasonable alternative format, communication method, or assistance. Depending on
the material, TNC may provide accessible HTML, tagged PDF, editable text, large print, captioning, a transcript,
telephone assistance, or another reasonable method.
An accessibility request does not waive rights, change a deadline automatically, or alter substantive obligations
unless TNC confirms a modification in writing. TNC will address urgent legal or transaction access needs as
promptly as reasonably practicable.
5. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
A participant must be able to access and retain an electronic record before acceptance. If an inaccessible flow
prevents meaningful review or action, the participant should contact TNC before accepting. TNC will not treat a
failed or inaccessible interaction as consent.
6. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES
TNC may link to or use third-party content and services. TNC does not control every third-party feature, but may
work with providers, offer an alternative, or restrict a provider when accessibility risk is material to the authorized
function.
7. FEEDBACK AND NONRETALIATION
TNC welcomes specific accessibility feedback. A participant will not be retaliated against for requesting
accessibility assistance or exercising a legally protected right.TWELVE NINETY CONNECTIONS | TNC ECOSYSTEM STANDARD PROTOCOL

8. REPORTING AN ISSUE
A useful report may include:
 the page, document, route, or function;
 the date and time;
 the device, browser, and assistive technology;
 the barrier encountered;
 the requested format or outcome; and
 contact information for follow-up.
Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
9. CHANGES
Material changes to this Notice must be versioned. Accessibility testing and remediation are continuing operational
duties and are not established by document drafting alone.
